Meet Heather- Curator of Creativity
I'm Heather-wife of ten years, mom to my daughter, Brooklyn and two spunky boys August & Remy (playful nicknames are Peanut & Jelly). I love Jesus deeply, and everything I am building-including The Light Collective Studio-is rooted in His goodness, guidance, and grace.
The Light Collective Studio began as a vision God placed on my heart: a peaceful space where people could feel welcomed, encouraged, and at ease. While I'm not always the one behind the camera (yet!), I'm the heart and hands curating each environment-designing creative sets, gathering unique florals, and shaping both our indoor and outdoor spaces so photographers and clients can step into something meaningful.
I'm also in a season of learning the ins and outs of photography myself, growing in the craft and prayerfully pursing the goal of one day stepping behind the lens with confidence. For now, I pour my creativity into cultivating the spaces that help others shine.
My hope is that when you walk into TLCS, you feel God's peace and a sense of home-and that your time here becomes a sweet, memorable experience you'll carry long after the photos are taken.

The Light Collective Studio was created with a simple but powerful heart: to blend faith, community, creativity, and giving back. We believe light is meant to be shared-whether it's through a beautifully curated space, a place where creatives can flourish, or moments that uplift others.
Our studio exists to be more than a backdrop. It's a gathering place where people feel seen, supported, and inspired. A place where families, makers, photographers and dreamers come together with a purpose. And through every set we design and every experience we offer, our hope is to reflect God's goodness, serve our community well, and create opportunities to give back in meaningful ways.
Here, creativity becomes connection. Moments become memories. And every person who walks through our doors becomes a part of the collective light we are building together.
